Subject: Unconstitutional Searches and Siezures by Federal Agents

Congressman Hall,

Under authority of the Obama administration, with knowledge and consent of Attorney General Eric Holder, armed federal agents storm American businesses, intimitdating, threatening and harrassing without probable cause, violating the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 9.

The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

In the cases of three businesses featured in the video below, there was no case of rebellion or invasion.

Gibson Guitar, Mountain Pure Water Company and Duncan Outdoors experienced gross abuse, “gestapo tactics”, threats to their persons, denial of civil rights and told, “We’re the federal government. We’ll do what we want, when we want and you can do nothing about it.”

“We’re the federal government. We’ll do what we want, when we want and you can do nothing about it.”

You are our defense against the tyranny of big government. What will you do to bring an end to unconstitutional abuses by this adminstration?
