Crisis In A Box – Just Add Kerry And Stir

Just add Kerry and stir...
Just add Kerry and stir…

John “Swiftboat” Kerry comes out fighting for his #1 issue: “Global Warming”.

The Hill: Kerry comes out swinging on climate change

What about inevitable nuclear war on two fronts, the Middle East (Iran) and the Far East (North Korea)? Surely forestalling or preventing WW3 is the more immediate issue before the Secretary of State. At least it should be. Let’s not get our expectations up too high for the French-speaking Secretary of State. His priorities are not our priorities.

What can we expect from him? What do he and this president have in their sights? May I offer my prediction?

Obama, a fervent anti-colonialist, hates America that he thinks to be a colonialist power.

Yes, it is true we hold title to Puerto Rico and Guam. We also hold title to several other islands like U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Wake Island, Johnston Atoll, Baker, Howland, and Jarvis Islands, Kingman Reef, Navassa Island and Palmyra Atoll. In earlier times we also held title to the Philippine Archipelago.

I suppose full disclosure is in order: If any territory we now posses could be construed “colonial”, it would have to be Hawaii that was in fact a forced acquisition.

Obama, living out his father’s fantasy world, despises and opposes all nations who now or ever exercised might to colonize forreign lands and people. Certain important facts are absent his education – our original 13 colonies were British colonies. All of North America, for that matter all the Western Hemisphere, were colonies of European powers. So what’s going on now in the mind of the Second Black President of the United States of America? [Editorial comment: Bill Clinton was the first.]

This Is My Prediction

The French-speaking Secretary of State and the President of dubious birthright will be working toward a new world order, a world where we will all be equal, except the ruling elite who will be more equal.

I foresee treaties that effectively nullify state sovereignty and our constitutional republican form of government. Because of Swiftboat’s’s affinity for all things European, I can see a melding of the United States of America with the United States of Europe. Wouldn’t that be swell? Just imagine a European-style workers’ paradise where employees only have to work about three hours per day and government tends to all your needs.

In such a world, guns will be outlawed, because the government will be there to protect you with millions of airborne and post-mounted video cameras capturing your every movement. In Swiftboat’s world, you don’t punch a time clock or check in with anyone at work, because your RFID chip automatically records your location. So, you think I’ve gone into the deep end, the abyss of imagination.

Your president is crafting an economic crisis that will enable him to declare a State of Emergency after which all able-bodied young men and women will be required to “serve their country” in uniform. A nation rife with food and fuel shortages will create the chaos essential to set the stage for a ‘savior’.

Obama couldn’t do this with Hillary in office. She’s a potential opponent in 2016. Kerry is just the dupe he needs to get his agenda through.

Yes, we have all the makings of a crisis-in-a-box. All that was need was to just stir in a French-speaking Secretary of State to Kerry the day.

If I live long enough and you remember what you read here today – look me up. Write to me to tell me how very wrong I was. I genuinely want to be proven wrong.

Crime Reduction Is Good News For Rockwall Citizens

A significant drop in City of Rockwall crime rate statistics puts the number of crimes at its lowest level since 2005, when population figures showed about 10,500 fewer residents.

A double digit drop was recorded in each category in the 2012 Rockwall Police Department crime statistic report – with overall crime down 10.4 percent.

Police Chief Mark Moeller welcomed the good news.

“It’s very good news any time you have a reduction in crime,” Chief Moeller said. “It’s an especially significant accomplishment when there is a double digit percent decrease in every category.”

The report showed a whopping 27 percent decline in violent crimes. There was a 16.8 percent drop in crimes that must be reported to the FBI by all police agencies – which include murders, rapes, robberies, aggravated assaults, burglaries, thefts and motor vehicle thefts.

Chief Moeller credited members of his department for making Rockwall an even safer city.

“I am very proud of the hard work and commitment to service demonstrated by every member of this police department and the direct effect their work has in improving and maintaining the quality of life in our community,” he said.

The chief also recognized community involvement as a reason for the drop in crime.

“The department’s successes also come from our community partnerships and support. We have a very engaged community,” Chief Moeller noted, citing programs such as Citizens on Patrol (COP), Neighborhood Crime Watch and Texas Night Out.

Included in the crime statistic report Chief Moeller presented to the Rockwall City Council on Feb. 18 were details of the department’s 2012 Holiday Initiative Program. It was established to make the holiday shopping experience safe and enjoyable by adding extra patrol along the Interstate 30 retail/restaurant corridor through the Thanksgiving weekend and two weeks before Christmas day.

The report showed 11 offenses, a 31 percent drop from 2010 and 2011 when 16 offenses were documented. Seven of the 11 offenses were committed in stores (shoplifting and theft), which are outside the scope of the program.

Joe Biden’s Self-Defense Advice Jeopardizes Women

Joe Biden Taking Aim At Second Amendment
Joe Biden Taking Aim At Our Second Amendment

One Blast From Joe Biden – There! That was easy!

IN CASE OF ASSAULT
IN CASE OF ASSAULT

Our Vice President has been ill for many years and science hasn’t brought forth promise of a cure for a dreadful disease. FIMD, or Foot In Mouth Disease, continues to plague him.

This week VP Biden experienced another episode of FIMD while starring in his Facebook ‘townhall’ show.

Joe says women need only shotguns for self-defense. He claims he has two locked up in his home and he says he instructed his wife on how to deal with criminals threatening their home. What is his advice to his wife?

Jill, if there’s ever a problem, just walk out on the balcony … take that double-barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house.”

He actually said this? Yes, he actually said this.

For my fellow gun owners in the vicinity of Rockwall County, Texas, I don’t suggest you do this. If you do this in any of our municipalites, you’ll probably undergo a very unpleasant experience afterward.

Biden, as you know, comes from the state of Delaware where he is a member of the state Bar. Fellow Delaware attorney, Tom Shellenbergerm, spokesman for the Delaware State Sportsmen’s Association, warns, “There are a number of statutory restrictions that could be violated by shooting a shotgun ‘off the porch.”

“Beyond the potential criminal liability, it is simply bad advice,” added Shellenberger. “Not only does blasting blindly away put innocent persons at risk, it also tells the bad guys where you are and that you are armed. In most circumstances, it might be better if that comes as a surprise to the bad guys.”

The NRA responded with this 46-second video. Give a listen.

Dallas-Fort Worth Day of Resistance Rally

CARGO Rockwall – facta non verba

Want to get involved in our Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex? Here’s your opportunity.

Dallas-Fort Worth Day of Resistance Rally

Begins: Saturday, February 23 2013 at 2:00 PM
Location: Flag Pole Hill
Address:
8100 Doran Circle (NW Hwy & Buckner) [click here for Google map]
Dallas, TX 75238

On January 16, 2013, President Barack Obama issued 23 executive actions against our 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms. He did this without the consent of Congress, which, in itself, violates the foundation of the Constitution and the co-equal branches of government.

In response to these unconstitutional actions by the president, American people will gather together in rallies all across America in defiance to protect the rights that protect all our other rights – the 2nd Amendment!

This is not just about guns. Under the current leadership of both parties, the federal government continues to grow in size and scope – the attack upon our 2nd Amendment is just the most recent example. Yes, we need to protect the rights of gun-owning Americans, but we also need to protect the liberties of everyone in this country. That’s what Day of Resistance is all about.

Stand with us on .223 on Flag Pole Hill!

Editorial comment: The three branches of federal government are not ‘co-equal’. The Legislative Branch (the lawmakers) is the superior, followed by Executive Branch and the Judiciary, according to the Constitution.

Preamble – We the People established the government
Article I establishes the Legislative Branch
Article II establishes the Executive Branch
Article III establishes the Judiciary

The Preamble to the Constitution clearly sets the collective will of the citizens above all three branches.

“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

How can you discern authority in any organization? Find out who can fire you and you will know who holds authority over you.

We can fire lawmakers.
Lawmakers can fire Presidents and Judges.

Failure on our part (We the People) to hold lawmakers and all elected officials accountable automatically surrenders our Constitutional authority to tyrannts.

HALL RESPONDS TO PRESIDENT’S STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS

Congressman Hall Letterhead Banner

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

February 12, 2013

HALL RESPONDS TO PRESIDENT’S STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS

WASHINGTON, DC . . .  Following the President’s State of the Union address, Rep. Ralph Hall (TX-04) released the following statement:

“Tonight President Obama failed to adequately address the serious issue of our struggling economy and need for job creation. His claim that we are now in a recovery is false, as is clearly evident by the current unemployment rate at 7.9%, the labor force participation rate at 63.6%, and the national debt which now exceeds $16.5 trillion – $5.8 trillion added under the President’s Administration alone.

“The current state of our nation is in large part due to this Administration’s failed economic and over-reaching regulatory policies. Increased spending levels and higher taxes are not the answers we need. Big government is not the solution. The President continues to speak about continuing the same policies that have exacerbated the problem rather than offer new proposals. His speech offered no real solution to our immediate need for jobs. Every suggestion he offered involved more government expansion and no new ideas. Four more years of this President’s agenda, and we will not only see fewer jobs, but fewer employers to apply to.

“Americans need real solutions for economic recovery. In order for all Americans to thrive, we need jobs. Over 60% of all new jobs in our country are generated by small businesses, which have always been the backbone of our economy. Small businesses play a significant role in job creation and innovation. We must remove unnecessary regulations and open access to capital to provide entrepreneurs the opportunity to expand their businesses, hire new workers, and invest in the future.

“Responsible budget decisions will play a vital role in America’s economic recovery. We cannot spend, tax, and borrow our way to success – the Administration has tried this approach for four years and Americans are the worse for it – higher unemployment, higher gas prices, and higher health care costs are the result.

“The President spoke of the upcoming budget ‘sequester’ – a proposal offered by the White House and which they are now shirking ownership. I voted against the ‘sequester’ because I felt that while we must reduce spending, it must be done in a responsible and meaningful way. I have since voted with the House to replace the upcoming sequester with responsible cuts that would protect our veterans and uphold the promise we have made to our seniors.

“We must preserve Medicare for future generations. Unless reforms are made, the federal government will be unable to provide promised benefits for seniors or fund other critical priorities such as our national defense, homeland security, veteran’s benefits, and education for our children.

“This already endangered program was further hurt by $500 billion in cuts in President Obama’s health care law. I support defunding as much of President Obama’s health care law as possible, and I want to ensure Medicare dollars stay in Medicare.

“Reducing government spending is only part of the solution for economic recovery. We must also reform our current tax system – it is bureaucratic, wasteful, and broken, with thousands of pages dedicated to carve-outs and loopholes. Raising taxes for more government spending is not tax reform. I am a co-sponsor of the Fair Tax Act to eliminate the payroll tax and IRS and instead put into place a single, national consumption tax.

“The President also spoke of energy independence, but we must pursue a true, across-the-board energy strategy that expands our infrastructure and increases domestic production, including nuclear and alternative fuels. We have numerous untapped resources in our own backyard that can provide much-needed jobs and more affordable energy, and we must utilize these resources. I hope that the President will begin to work with Republicans to advance the production of petroleum, natural gas, and clean coal at home rather than thwart those efforts through burdensome and costly regulations.

“Today marks the 1,607th day since the Keystone XL Pipeline application was submitted to the State Department. Last year the President denied the Keystone permit, citing that the State Department didn’t have sufficient time to make a fair and studied decision. Considering that the permit approval has been pending for over four years, the Administration has had ample time to look into the matter. Even the Governor of Nebraska has withdrawn his objection and now endorses the route. The President needs to approve this Project, which would help create roughly 20,000 new jobs, strengthen America’s economy, and improve our domestic energy infrastructure.

“I will continue to promote real solutions that heal our economy and provide jobs for hardworking Americans. Keeping in mind that we all are working towards the same goal – a positive future for our children and grandchildren, as well as ourselves – House Republicans stand ready to engage the President in bipartisan negotiations to achieve job creation and economic growth. I will continue to fight to keep the American dream alive for future generations.”

CARGO Rockwall – Sheriff Eavenson Reports on Position of National Sheriffs Association

John-White-Photos_2013_02_14_7856

Rockwall County Sheriff Harold Eavenson, recently back from the National Sheriffs Association meeting in Washington, shared with CARGO Rockwall (2/14/2013) the following resolution from the association.

Draft of NSA Resolution

 2013-1

Sheriff Eavenson spoke plainly and boldly to the underlying issues affecting criminal and mental illness in our contemporary society: we are fast becoming a God-less people out of touch with our foundations and our history.

We are thankful for Sheriff Eavenson’s honest and forthright presentation and the way he answered questions from our CARGO Rockwall members.

Please address your comments about the resolution to the National Sheriffs Association via the association’s website contact form: http://www.sheriffs.org/content/contact-us

Ours is a republic, “if we can keep it“. What is a republic? By definition, a republic is a form of government in which the people or their elected representatives possess the supreme power. Our Founders Fathers arranged in order of authority the duties of the three branches of government, their respective jurisdictions in the first three articles.

  • Article One: Legislative Branch
  • Article Two: Executive Branch
  • Article Three: Judicial Branch

To learn who the boss is, ask who it is that can fire you. A simple reading of the Constitution oulines this chain of authority: (1) We the People; (2) Congress; (3) President; (4) Federal Court system. How so? Congress can fire (impeach and remove) presidents and federal judges. The president cannot fire legislators or judges. We the People can fire our elected respresentatives and senators by means of regular elections or recall elections. Therefore, We the People hold highest and broadest jurisdiction, Congress second. Your individual votes bear great power and personal responsibilty.

Rockwall TEA Party Response to State of the Union Propaganda

Using his characteristically ‘middle eastern style’ of greeting, Obama disses our intelligence

Mr. President and fellow Americans,

I sum up the state of the union in one simple easy-to-understand sentence that does not take one hour to deliver:

We do not have a taxing problem; we have a SPENDING problem.

Any time a state of the union speech begins with “Once upon a time“, you know right away you’re hearing a fairy tale.

Thank you for your kind attention,

Rockwall County TEA Party

For those who desire to know the true state of affairs, I refer you to three genuine leaders: Senators Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul who provided the separate and congruous responses last night.
