Subject: DOJ Sends Staff to Sanford Florida to organize against George Zimmerman
Fast and Furious
Mr. Holder has not been prosecuted for his oversight of the “Fast and Furious” project that resulted in a flood of illegal weapons across our southern border. Subsequent to the unlawful act, hundreds of Mexican nationals have died through criminal use of those unlawful weapons.
DOJ Unconstitutional Spying on Journalists
The only action they’ve taken so far is to push for a renewed debate on a federal shield bill that would supposedly protect the media’s sources in scandals like these. Of course, the Justice Department already have the power to not subpoena reporters, they apparently just can’t help themselves. As Ted Boutrous pointed out, their call for a shield bill is akin to saying “stop us before we kill again.”
George Zimmerman Trial
Mr. Holder sent employees of the U.S. Department of Justice to Sanford, Florida for the express purpose of organizing community opposition against Mr. Zimmerman and Police Chief Bill Lee who “refused to arrest George Zimmerman just to appease an outraged public. Hey says there wasn’t enough evidence to warrant an arrest in the killing of Trayvon Martin, a fact that didn’t matter to some city officials.”
“I had one of the city commissioners come to me on two different occasions and say, ‘All we want is an arrest.’ And I explained to them, ‘Well, you just can’t do that, you have to have probable cause to arrest somebody.’ And it was related to me that they just wanted an arrest, they didn’t care if it got dismissed later. And you don’t do that.” — Police Chief Bill Lee to CNN reporter George Howell
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” — Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
How Long Shall We Wait for Justice?
Is it not time now for Congress to impeach Eric Holder and for criminal charges to be brought against this outlaw attorney general? How many more American lives must be disrupted, how many more unconstitutional misbehaviors must be witnessed before you take action?
It is not the duty of the Department of Justice to investigate itself. It is YOUR duty to investigate criminal actions of this Attorney General and to remove him from office.
