Kirsten Power’s article on Texas Senator Wendy Davis (D-Fort Worth) highlights the senator’s ignorance, or worse.
Look at this truth matrix to understand the unfathomable ignorance of the darling of the democrats.
Inside the mind of Wendy
Truth: the way things really are
|“I don’t know what happened in the Gosnell case,” she told the Weekly Standard’s John McCormack.||Fact: Davis is the state senator who held an 11-hour filibuster to fight legislation drafted in response to the abuses at Gosnell’s clinic.|
|“I…think that a lot of people don’t really understand the landscape of what’s happening in that arena [late-term abortions] today and what an incredibly small percentage of procedures take place there.”||Fact: a majority of women support late-term abortion bans.|
Amazing, isn’t it? She argues FOR late-term abortions and says she doesn’t “know what happened in the Gosnell case.”
My formerly-blonde, gray-haired wife will not be pleased with what I now write, but I can’t think of a more appropriate metaphor. Senator Wendy Davis epitomizes the “dumb blonde” stereotype. Stunning ignorance.
Her ignorance, along with the likes of Sheila Jackson Lee and other democrats, is the reason enlightened Texans move to the Republican party.
