Open Letter to Texas Delegation – Oppose ENDA

November 25, 2013

Honorable John Cornyngay-obama-newsweek
Honorable Ted Cruz
Honorable Ralph M. Hall

I’m writing to ask you to OPPOSE AND FILIBUSTER 1755 and S. 815 ENDA, which sadly would create a massive explosion of litigation and force Judeo-Christian Business Owners to choose between violating their consciences or feeding their own families.

Just like the bad Hate Crimes law, this new ENDA bill broadly defines the phrase “sexual orientation” to include “gender,” and “gender identity” as new federally-protected classes, and without specific definitions of those words it will codify federal protection of up to 547 types of sexually deviant behaviors, including:

* Incest – sex with one’s offspring (a crime, of course)
* Necrophilia – sexual relations with a corpse, also a crime
Pedophilia – sex with an underage child, another crime
* Zoophilia – bestiality, a crime in numerous states
* Voyeurism – a criminal offense in most states
* Frotteurism – a man rubbing against a woman’s buttocks
* Coprophilia – sexual arousal from feces
* Urophilia – sexual arousal from urine

Even worse, the legislation’s vague language forcing women to share bathrooms with men, or costly shower modifications hurting business owners, resulting in an explosion of litigation, costing millions in lawyers fees, paid by Judeo-Christian Business Owners to homosexual complainers. Why declare war on people of faith? Please reply.

  1. There is no war on people of faith. What’s happening is the playing field is becoming more equal. We are in period of time where religious people are not greater than, anymore. You are just equal too everyone else. Stop playing the persecuted victim….you have churches on every corner in country. No one is taking away ANY of your rights. What you don’t believe in, nor like, you don’t have to participate in. It’s ironic, you guys are all about freedoms, unless it’s not your brand of it.
