An email from Dan Pfeiffer at the White House says, “…The President will use every tool he can to create new jobs and opportunities for the middle class. He will be looking for areas of bipartisan cooperation, but he won’t be waiting on Congress to act. Instead, the President will use his executive authority, both his pen and his phone, to work with anyone to get things done — whether they be leaders in business, education, Congress, states, or local communities who want to get things done on behalf of the American people.
So the question that begs to be asked is this: Who gave Obama all that “executive authority”? Did you? No? Well, neither did the people of the State of Texas. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt BHO didn’t pull that authority out of the Constitution, because it isn’t there!
So, from where do you suppose he got it? I didn’t see him pull it out of a hat. Neither did I hear on the news how an angel from God came down to anoint this president.
I took a look at the Constitution where in Article I, Section 1, it plainly says, “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States…”. I read that to mean Obama has no Constitutional authority to make laws.
Therefore, one can only conclude he acts OUTSIDE his authority and is, therefore, a rebel, an outlaw.
So, I took another look at the Constitution and found where it says in Article II, Section 4, “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
Violating his oath of office to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America make for a compelling argument for impeachment of the President.
Are you with me?
If yes, then contact your U.S. Representative and your two Senators. Tell them to impeach President Obama for his outlaw behaviors.
