Open Letter to Rep. Scott Turner and Sen. Bob Hall: Benjamin Netanyahu – Honorary Texan

Gentlemen,

Whereas Benjamin Netanyahu and the vast majority of Texans share common Judeo-Christian values, and

Whereas the Israeli Prime Minister is a veteran war veteran in battles against enemies common to our two countries, and

Whereas he has devoted his life and his brother gave a life in the war against Islamist terrorists, and

Whereas Christians United for Israel is the largest U.S. organization and is based in Texas, and

Whereas the U.S. Senate unanimously past a resolution welcoming and endorsing his speech before a joint session of Congress,

I therefore proudly nominate Israeli Prime Minister for Honorary Texan and invite all fellow Texans to applaud this gallant man for his courage, his values and his defense of the United States of America.

It is my request, one shared by many fellow Texans, that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu be recognized and affirmed an Honorary Citizen of the Great State of Texas, and bestowing on him all due honors and privileges.
