An Open Letter to the Texas CD-4 Congressional Delegation
Representative John Ratcliffe
Senator John Cornyn
Senator Ted Cruz
Gentlemen:
Whereas the EPA was established on December 2, 1970 to consolidate in one agency a variety of federal research, monitoring, standard-setting and enforcement activities, and
Whereas EPA regulations are now 6,552 times the text of the U.S. Constitution, and
Whereas EPA regulations are now 46 times the text of the Holy Bible, and
Whereas the EPA has published 3,373 distinct rules by since January 20, 2009, and
Whereas Obama EPA regulations have 27 times as many words as the entire Harry Potter book series (H. Potter series has 1,084,170 words), and
Whereas EPA overreach now Obama’s EPA regulations assume dominion over mud puddles, and
Whereas the EPA has joined with the Army Corps of Engineers thereby together the two agencies declare authority over all waterways within the United States of America, and
Whereas every state in the Union has its own environmental protection agency,
I say it is time to defund, to decommission this massive, tyrannical federal agency which now costs U.S. Taxpayers directly $7.9 billion.

However, indirect costs to U.S. Taxpayers is incalculable do to ill-informed and onerous actions by this administration to destroy the U.S. Coal industry. Neither time nor space permit discussion around the fallacies of “green” or “sustainable” energy supplies.
The behemoth, tyrannical federal agency long ago reached far beyond the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution.
