Merrick Garland’s Most Notorious Ruling Reversed by SCOTUS

March 16, 2016 AD

Barack Obama pulls out of his Chicago root cellar a so-called ‘republican’ federal judge to replace Anthony Scalia on the U.S. Supreme Court.

One ruling alone serves to assure us this liberal judge must never advance to the top court in the land.

I take you back to a case tried in Merrick Garland’s court ruling against Washington Special Policeman Dick Heller in District of Columbia v. Heller. The D.C. gun laws run afoul of the Second Amendment and so it was SCOTUS overruled Merrick Garland.

Garland claims to rule according to the law, but District of Columbia v. Heller exposed Merrick Garland’s anti-gun liberal worldview.

Then Senator Joe Biden suggested President Bush not appoint a Supreme Court Justice in an election year. In 2016, Senate Republicans honor that tradition. Read the full story from The Washington Post – Joe Biden in 1992: No nominations to the Supreme Court in an election year.

Let’s be unrelenting in our demands that the U.S. Senate not approve any election year appointees to the Supreme Court, as per the rule put forth by Senator Joe Biden.

Contact your Congressional delegation to demand our two U.S. Senators not consider any Obama appointee to the Supreme Court this election year.
