Braeburn Pharmaceuticals, along with approximately 100 other corporations succumb to LGBT bullying and extortion against the People of North Carolina. The People of Georgia are similarly assaulted by the LGBT apologists.
What is obvious to the most casual observer is the LGBT activists are engaging in a criminal conspiracy to violate the Interstate Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
The Congress shall have power to…regulate commerce…among the several states – Article I, Section 8
And, the LGBT activists may be (and should be) subject to criminal penalties for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Organization Act (RICO) of 1970.
Seattle Mayor Ed Murray’s banning of city employees travel to North Carolina on official business violates the Commerce Clause, as do the same unconstitutional actions by mayors of San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY.
- North Carolina has made substantial investments to attract high-quality business enterprises to the state.
- LGBT activists have conspired to dissuade approximately 100 corporations from doing business in North Carolina.
I encourage the State of North Carolina to bring class action law suit against the three mayors and complicit corporations. It is my hope the FBI will investigate apparent violations of the RICO Act.
On the part of North Carolina, are there violations of constitutionally-guaranteed civil rights? Absolutely not.
The central issue is the desire of LGBT criminal activists to allow men to enter women’s restrooms and women to enter men’s restrooms. Nothing more. If LGBT activists succeed, they will undermine and nullify the Biblical and historical (as in 5,000 years of history) the definition of the family, the institution of holy matrimony.
I call on Texas lawmakers to act on my observations stated above. Hopefully, you have the courage to o likewise.

PS – I point to the hypocrisy of NYC Mayor De Blasio who bans travel to NC over the bathroom issue, but does not ban travel to Cuba.
