Call for Congress to Investigate EEOC Racism – Open Letter to Cong. John Ratcliffe

John,

In recent days the EEOC decided that exhibition of the Gadsden Flag is a racist act.

According to an article in The Washington Times, the EEOC is “gathering information to determine whether the iconic Gadsden flag is racist and punishable under federal workplace harassment regulations.” http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/aug/4/gadsden-flag-under-eeoc-microscope-agency-unclear-/

In the National Review, it was reported that one person was offended by “a coworker who repeatedly wore a cap to work with an insignia of the Gadsden Flag.”http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/438737/eeoc-gadsden-flag-racial-harassment

One might assume that federal employees undertaking this amazing gathering of information are literate and have passed at least the third grade.

One might ask if this is a new tool of political correctness to silence patriotic Americans.

I take no offense. Instead, I am astonished by the widespread abuses of federal bureaucrats working under the authority of President Barack Obama.

Therefore, I urge you to hold hearings to evaluate the EEOC to determine if it is another racist tool of this sitting president. Furthermore, instead of arresting and punishing patriotic Americans who choose to honor the sacrifices made in the American Revolution for our present-day freedoms, I suggest arrest and punishment of federal bureaucrats who violate First Amendment freedoms. Such should lose all federal benefits, including lavish healthcare insurance, vacation pay and other benefits reserved for federal employees.

Thank you,

John White
