The Spirit of America Lives – Have Faith in God and Hope for the Future

Atheistic historical revisionists have labored for many years to erase all evidence of the Christian foundation of our nation. These same atheists falsely portray President Thomas Jefferson as a deist or as one of their own, an atheist.

Jefferson authored most of the Unanimous Declaration of Independence. Let’s read and meditate on the first sentence of the second paragraph of this founding document:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed..

Obviously, the above was not the product of an atheistic mind but the from the heart and soul of a believer.

Ignorance of history and liberal education leave us, as a nation, adrift. A majority of millennials, the people who will be making policies at every level of government, believe NOTHING. These young people generally prefer socialism and communism to a free-market capitalism.

There was a ‘millennial’ who rose to power in Judah around 715–687 BC. Young King Hezekiah, the scriptures say, “did what was pleasing in the Lord’s sight, just as his ancestor David had done”.

I believe God is raising up a ‘Hezekiah’ in this country, even as I write and you read this. God paved the way by raising up a ‘Cyrus’ to disrupt and expose the established order. Surely, God isn’t finished with us yet.
