Yahoo News report: NRA Is Pulling In Big Bucks After The Parkland Mass Shooting
The above-linked so-called news article paints the NRA membership – you and me – as opportunistic radicals.
Here’s what they could not avoid reporting.
CNN – “Donations to the NRA’s Political Victory Fund, which contributes money to political campaigns for NRA-friendly candidates, tripled in February from the month earlier.”
“According to the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics, the NRA received “twice as much money from nearly five times as many donors” in the week after the shooting, compared with the week before.”
“The Center for Responsive Politics noted it’s unclear what caused the surge.” (The Center for Responsive Politics claims to be a nonpartisan research group, but this is far from the truth.)
Why the surge in donations? Why the surge in new members? Why record gun sales? It all has to do with our worldview.
Freedom-loving Americans know American history. The Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments to the Constitution, is based on natural law which comes from God, as stated in the Declaration of Independence. Our entitlement to rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights is based on “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God”.
Atheism is the religion of the left. Therefore, to the atheists, we have no entitlement to our natural rights. This is why they clamor for repeal of the Second Amendment. It is this same body of atheists who undermine the five rights embodied in the First Amendment through indoctrination of American youths in public education.
The reason for the surge in donations and all the rest is simply our unwillingness to deny our natural rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Like Dana Loesch, I’m the NRA and I vote!
