Is a Constitutional Crisis on the Nation’s Radar?

The NY Times, ever the apologist for the #DeepState, says the FBI wasn’t spying. It was investigating.

Note to NY Times editors: if the FBI was investigating as you say, then the FBI violated the Fourth Amendment rights of candidate Donald Trump. Words have meanings, NY Times.

Derek Hunter, writing for Townhall Magazine, posted a column on 5/20/2018 titled: The Deep State Is Real, And Much Bigger Than You Know

I quote Derek Hunter:

“I used to be a doubter who would cringe, just a little, at any mention of “the deep state.” I admit it, it all seemed a little far-fetched to me that there was this cabal of careerists conspiring from within the government to harm President Donald Trump when I first heard it. I never doubted there were individuals doing it, but a wide net of conspirators seemed like something out of a bad movie more than anything that could actually happen in the United States. I was wrong, very wrong, the deep state is real. But there is much more than just this small group of powerful people working toward a common goal, there is an entire infrastructure created by the left not only to destroy Trump, but to indoctrinate unsuspecting Americans into their agenda.”

We are poised on the precipice of a constitutional crisis this nation has never before experienced. If the criminal perpetrators are employees and appointees of the Department of Justice, and it is the role of the DOJ to prosecute such violators of the Supreme Law of the Land, what can we expect to happen?

Thomas Jefferson lamented, “I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that his justice cannot sleep forever.”

David Wilkerson, referencing Matthew 5:45, observed, “I would be lying if I told you that Christians will observe sorrow, trouble, unemployment and depression on all sides while they themselves remain safe within a cozy cocoon of health and wealth. The Bible says God causes the rain to fall on both the just and the unjust (Matthew 5:45). Job was holy—yet he suffered! But just as God brought Job out of his affliction, so He will bring us out even though we, too, will go through the fire.)

If we patriotic, God-fearing Americans sit out the November General Elections, I can foresee massive that which now-deceased David Wilkerson foresaw, “sorrow, trouble, unemployment and depression on all sides”.

The word republic does not belong to a political party. It is a fancy way of saying in English “We the People”. If this nation falls, responsibility will not rest on the members of the Democrat or Socialist political parties. It will rest on us.
