Nancy Pelosi Sinks Even Lower In Her Bid To Undo The 2016 Election of President Trump

She has been part and parcel to the three-year Democratic Party campaign to remove President Trump from office. Pelosi stepped up her game this year of 2019, by undermining the U.S. Constitutional separation of powers, inserting herself into foreign policy affairs.

Below are seven examples of her unconstitutional and unlawful attacks on the executive branch of government.

What does the Constitution say about the president’s authority over all foreign policies?

[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors … The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

Constitution of the United States of America, Article II, Section 2

The President makes treaties with the Senate’s consent and advice. The House of Representatives plays no constitutionally-empowered role in foreign policies.

Article I, Section 8 confers authority “To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations” to Congress and this is after a treaty and/or a foreign policy is in place.

You can tell Nancy Pelosi, that, yes, the President is boss of foreign policy. And, tell her to stop corrupting the Rule of Law.

As it was with Cinderella’s stepsisters, the ‘glass slipper’ of foreign policy authority does not fit Pelosi’s big foot.
