What Was The Issue Before the Court?
The State of Louisiana passed a law requiring doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges to a local hospital. Can you imagine the audacity of the Louisiana state government requiring a doctor performing surgical procedures on a woman to actually be able to take her to a hospital to save her life?
WASHINGTON, D.C.—The United States Supreme Court announced their decision Monday to strike down laws requiring Louisiana abortion clinics to have better access to hospitals in case of medical emergencies. Even the ultra liberal USA Today was taken aback by Sen. Schumer’s obvious threats, the editor opining, “Sen. Chuck Schumer’s threatening rhetoric to Supreme Court justices crosses a line.” The apparent alarm was the NY senator’s obvious threat intended to influence a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court would probably help the re-election of President Trump.
Schumer’s threat to Justice Roberts obviously had the effect the Democrat senator wanted: Justice Roberts sided with the liberal majority against the State of Louisiana.
After five months of silence, the Grievance Committee for New York’s Supreme Court announced it refuses to take disciplinary action against Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) for his public threats against two conservative justices.
The Democratic Party, the party of slavery, the party of the KKK, the party of Planned Parenthood that was created to eliminate the African-American people, has not changed in this goal.
According to [the CDC Abortion Surveillance Report of 2011], black women make up 14 percent of the childbearing population. Yet, 36 percent of all abortions were obtained by black women. At a ratio of 474 abortions per 1,000 live births, black women have the highest ratio of any group in the country.
When you use those percentages, it indicates that of the over 44 million abortions since the 1973 Roe vs Wade Supreme Court ruling, 19 million black babies were aborted. African Americans are just under 13 percent of United States population.
White women are five times less likely to have an abortion than black women. Perhaps it is a matter of availability.
