We have some good people Texas' elective offices, but Texas deserves the best. Good is the enemy of best.
Fellow "TEA Party" leaders who have blindly and maliciously attacked David Medina embarrass me. Their thoughtless actions have no place in a modern, enlightened society that effectively has UNLIMITED access to information like court records, news articles and the like.
Justice David Medina asks to be re-elected because he wishes to serve the People of Texas. John Divine says his two reasons for running for this office are “I need a job” and 2. "I can beat somebody with a Mexican name."
During this 2012 election season, a wave of lies, slanders and misrepresentations divided our community and weakened our political influence. Bridges have been forever burned, relationships forever soured.
Justice David Medina has been a distinguished member of our Texas Supreme Court since May 1996. Justice Medina firmly believes in the rule of law and opposes judicial activism promised by his opponent.
